Finally, I have a YouTube account.  This (above) is my only video so far, but I have plans for more cover's, such as Adele's (yes, her again) "Turning Tables.  I hope for some comments and more views, and my account is "thisismehere100".  Tell me what you think!  Please comment on either this blog post or the YouTube video.  You can just search my account and my video (soon to be videos) will appear.

Gaga is Gaga

Though I believe strongly that Lady Gaga is one of the most outrageous and crazy pop stars of all time, I think that she is amazing.  She's got such a crazy sense of style that makes her original.  I like her music, but especially enjoy looking at her outfits.  Just look at them:

I'm not sure if this is her wearing it or just a costume for sale, but she has definitley worn this before.  Outrageous, right?

Not quite sure, what's up with this one but it's definitley...something rather.

Yep.  There's so many great artists touring this summer?  Have you all gotten your tickets yet?  Speaking of which, I'm not going to any tours this summer:(.  Some live performances are the kind that are just okay and won't get you to stand up from your seat and scream, but below I've posted some that I think are beautiful.

I Love Music Videos

Don't you?  Ever since I started songwrting, I've wanted to create my own music video.  I love the crazy wild lady gaga style costumes, and dream about filming by cool places like pools and on the beach.  I don't know if I'll have access to somewhere quite yet, and I definetly don't have a great wardrobe selection.  Some music videos are more dance based, and I love the choreography, though don't enjoy them quite as much.  Take a look at a few:

Lady Gaga, wild and crazy- had to choose the right one, so I went with "Pokerface".  This one's a bit awkward, just to warn you.

I love this one!  It's Katy Perry's California Girls- so cute and hilarious.  Might be my favorite.

P!nk's "Perfect": I love her! And this music video is so heart-felt.  It's got a few questionable parts, though.

What is this blog?

So.  What is "this time for Lala"?  It's my blog to encourage more music in this world!  Any kind- blues, rap, punk, pop...anything.  I love songwriting, and I encourage you to try it, too!  Don't hesitate to start silly or cheezy, 'cause you'll only get better.  Which singers do you like?  The more you listen, the better of a songwriter you will become.  Here I've added a video from one of my favorite artists, P!nk, with a live performance of "Glitter in the Air".  What do you think?  Comment below.
